Gift codes: where to enter them, where the rewards arrive, and how invite codes differ
Updated 2026-09-25 · 4 min read
On Android a gift code goes into the Gift Code menu, on iOS into the redemption page. The reward comes as mail, and a mailbox holds 30 pieces before the oldest are replaced. An invite code is a separate system with its own 70-Trophy limit.
Where to enter a gift code
On Android the code goes in inside the game, in the Gift Code menu, which opens at 10 Trophies.
The iOS build has no such menu, so on iPhone and iPad the code goes in through the redemption page in a browser. That page works for Android accounts too.
The reward arrives by mail
A redeemed code sends its reward to your Mailbox, and you claim it from there. The Mailbox opens at 50 Trophies.
It holds up to 30 pieces of mail. Once it is full, new mail replaces the oldest, and mail without attachments is deleted first. The game asks you to claim rewards promptly so you do not lose any.
If you redeem a code while the Mailbox is full, the game warns that the new mail may overwrite an older one and recommends clearing space first. You can then pick Cancel Redemption or Redeem Anyway.
When a code does not work
- Gift code already used: the code has already been redeemed.
- Unable to use gift code: the game did not accept the code, and the message does not say why.
Invite codes are a different thing
- A gift code comes from the developers. An invite code belongs to a player, who shares it with others.
- A player who links their account with your invite code gets a reward straight away. They have to do it before reaching 70 Trophies.
- Players who created their account before you cannot use your code. So the invite code you enter has to come from a player who started before you did.
- Everyone linked through your code counts toward your referral rewards, and the Ranked Match Trophies of your top 3 invited players unlock growth rewards.
Where codes come from
Gift codes are handed out by the developers. The codes page on this site lists the ones that were checked in the game.
The Gift Code menu arrived with the update of February 2, 2026. The first code, PLAYFEB26, gave 800 Gold and no longer works.
